PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING
Attention Clients, we have had an increase in last minute cancelations and no-shows. Our time is very valuable, as is yours. We are implementing the policy below as of NOW. As you book or rebook your appointments, we will be asking for a valid credit card to have on file. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Please be notified that any cancellations made up to 24hrs (1 full business day) before the time of the appointment via PHONE CALL, will be applied without a penalty. This means, if you need to change your appointment, we need 24 hr notice please.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 Hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service.
If a client does not show for their scheduled appointment, the full price of the booked service(s) will be charged to the card on file. By acknowledging this you are consenting to a charge being applied to your card on file without your presence.
Complimentary services and consultation services - No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, to re-book there will be a $50 Consultation fee.
Our booking software sends Text message reminders 24 hours before your appointment, when you make your appointments, make sure we have you properly signed up for that service.
You can NOT TEXT back that reminder text, it is automated through Vagaro, it does not come to us.
Our phone number (207-563-3444 is a LAND LINE) you can not text that number.
Our spa booking software safely and securely holds credit information.
